Ron Pyle is the president and chief executive officer of Automotivation LLC, a consultancy specializing in the automotive aftermarket industry supply value chain. In his current position as president of Automotivation LLC, Mr. Pyle is providing strategic advice about the automotive industry to private equity, venture capital, and family office investors. Mr. Pyle served as Chair of the Board of Trustees of the Automotive Management Institute from 2002 until 2013.

Since 2015, Ron has served as the managing director at Rock Bottom Outreach, a non-profit Christian ministry serving the Northeast Texas region. In this capacity, Mr. Pyle has overseen the administration, fund raising efforts and management of volunteer services and relationships with local school district administrations, coaches and counselors.

Mr. Pyle formerly served as president and chief staff executive of the Automotive Service Association (ASA), joining the ASA national staff in July 2002 and served as its president from Nov. 1, 2002 until April of 2013. Representing thousands of automotive repair businesses nationwide and internationally, ASA is the largest not-for-profit trade association serving the automotive service and repair industry.

Mr. Pyle is a graduate of the U.S. Navy’s prestigious Nuclear Power School and served on the USS Sargo, an early generation nuclear fast attack submarine.

Her previous experience includes serving as a physician recruiter and Divisional Vice President at Merritt Hawkins/AMN Healthcare, the nation's leading physician search and consulting firm. There, she managed over 20 recruiters and $20M in annual revenue, and was recognized with numerous awards, including Rookie of the Year and Recruiter of the Year. She was also voted Most Influential by her peers multiple times.

Breanna is passionate about supporting and advancing women in their careers. She has been a senior leader for the women's employee resource group at her former company and served on the Steering Committee for the Women’s Leadership Council within the Texas Women’s Foundation.
